PH Connect is a community directory platform connecting Christian professionals and service providers. PH Connect operates as a noticeboard only. We introduce people. We do not broker, negotiate, manage, or supervise any agreement, transaction, or working relationship between members.

By registering on PH Connect, creating a profile, or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

To register on PH Connect you must:

• Be aged 18 or over
• Identify as a Christian or be aligned with Christian values
• Provide accurate and truthful information upon registration
• Agree to the PH Connect Code of Conduct

PH Connect provides:

• A searchable directory of Christian professionals and service providers
• A space for members to list their skills, services, and contact information
• A means of connecting members who may wish to work together

PH Connect does not provide:

• Verification or endorsement of any member or their services
• Management of payments, contracts, or agreements between members
• Dispute resolution between members
• Any guarantee of the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by members

As a member of PH Connect you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your profile and any information you share
• Any agreement, contract, or transaction you enter into with another member
• Conducting your own due diligence before engaging any service provider
• Ensuring your conduct aligns with the PH Connect Code of Conduct at all times

The listing of any individual or business on PH Connect does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by PH Connect. Members are encouraged to conduct their own checks before entering into any agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• PH Connect accepts no liability for any loss, damage, dispute, or harm arising from connections made through the platform
• PH Connect accepts no liability for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any member
• PH Connect accepts no liability for any transaction or working relationship entered into between members
• PH Connect accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by members in their profiles

All content, design, and branding associated with PH Connect remains the intellectual property of PH Connect. Members may not reproduce, copy, or use any part of the platform's branding or content without prior written permission. Members retain ownership of the content they submit to their own profiles but grant PH Connect a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

PH Connect reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any member at any time and without prior notice if we believe they have:

• Violated the Code of Conduct
• Provided false or misleading information
• Used the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
• Acted in a way that brings the platform or the wider Christian community into disrepute

PH Connect reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
