Code of Conduct

PH Connect is a community directory for Christian professionals and service providers. We are a noticeboard — not a broker, not an agency, and not a regulator. We connect people. What happens after that connection is made is entirely between the individuals involved.

The following standards apply to every member of PH Connect.

• Represent yourself, your skills, and your services accurately.
• Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or availability.
• Do not create fake or duplicate profiles.

• Treat every member with dignity and respect regardless of background, denomination, or profession.
• No harassment, discrimination, or offensive communication of any kind will be tolerated.
• Disagreements happen — handle them privately and maturely.

• Respond to enquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Honour commitments you make to other members.
• If you can no longer fulfil an agreement, communicate this promptly and honestly.

• Do not use PH Connect to spam, cold-sell, or repeatedly promote yourself in ways that feel pushy or unwelcome.
• Do not solicit personal or financial information from members inappropriately.
• Any pricing, availability, or service details shared should be accurate and up to date.

• Never share another member's personal contact details without their consent.
• If something feels wrong or unsafe, report it immediately using the report function.
• PH Connect is not responsible for agreements made between members, but we take the safety of our community seriously.

• Members agree not to publicly name, shame, or post about disputes involving other PH Connect members on any public platform, including social media.
• Any such conduct will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
• Disagreements must be handled through PH Connect's private reporting system only.

• We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listed member or their services.
• We do not manage payments, contracts, or disputes between members.
• We do not supervise or oversee any agreement made between two members.
• Any transaction or working relationship entered into is solely between the individuals involved.

The following will result in immediate removal from the platform with no appeal:

• Fraudulent or misleading profiles
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward any member
• Use of the platform for illegal activity of any kind
• Public posts naming or shaming other members in relation to any dispute
• Repeatedly ignoring warnings from the PH Connect team
• Any conduct that brings the platform or the wider Christian community into disrepute

If you witness or experience behaviour that goes against this Code of Conduct, please report it using the report function on the platform or contact us directly. All reports will be handled discreetly and taken seriously.

By creating a profile on PH Connect, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Code of Conduct
• You agree to uphold these standards at all times
• You understand that PH Connect reserves the right to remove any member who violates these terms without prior notice
